The site Patryst.com allows you to access services in the areas listed below (hereinafter "the Services" or "the Service"). The Services are provided by the company Patryst (hereinafter "Patryst"), a simplified stock company with a capital of 1.006,60€, with its headquarters located 48 avenue Charles de Gaulle (92200) Neuilly-sur-Seine, registered under number B 512 376 542 RCS Nanterre.
Patryst.com is a unique tool dedicated to architectural heritage.
Notably it includes:
The presentation of historical and architectural
tourist itineraries.
Access to historical documents online
Access to historical lectures.
It hosts photos, videos, and articles, allowing users to upload and share files using the Patryst layout.
The company Patryst also offers specific services for business users and local authorities.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF UTILIZATION
Any utilization of the Services provided by the site Patryst Patryst.com assumes that the user agrees to abide by these terms and, where appropriate, the special service conditions.
The user may be prompted, in connection with the use of the Services, to use an associated service that Patryst presents on or via its site (for example, Lectures). By using these associated services, the user accepts their specific conditions of use. In this case, only the contract with the partner governs the relationship between the user and partner, which have no connection to Patryst.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The services provide access to varied content in the format of Patryst files, which may be provided by Patryst users, associated partners, or Patryst itself.
Patryst allows the user to supply information, available to other users in the form of files.
3. REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS AND IDENTIFICATION - PRIVACY
Access to the services requires creating a Patryst account.
The user must provide the following information: surname, name, complete address, telephone number and is required to keep this information up to date.
Under the modified Law No. 78-17 of the 6th January 1978, called the Computer and Freedom Act, the user has a right to consult, correct and remove all personal data collected by Patryst.

To create a Patryst account, the user selects a username and password as well as a secret security question and answer.
The Patryst Account is strictly confidential to its user.
The user is responsible (i) for maintaining the confidentiality of the password, secret question and answer, and (ii) the actions which are performed under his ID and / or with his password.
4. CONDUCT OF USERS – SUPPLYING INFORMATION
The user is responsible for all information that is uploaded on to the files of the Patryst.com site.
The user agrees not to undermine the French law or the rights of third parties. In particular, the following is forbidden:
Actions that constitute condoning crimes against humanity, defamation, insults, threats, or acts detrimental to privacy;
Any transmission, distribution, publishing of content that may be constitutive of spreading false information;
Any violation of intellectual property rights (including copyright and creator, music, software, databases, images, sounds and text) of any party;
Disruption of the flow of information exchanged through the Service, or the dissemination of computer viruses.

The reporting of abuse should include:
the name and address of the user who reported the abuse;
a copy of the content that appears contentious or the URL address of the page, or the Patryst username of the author of the abusive content;
the reason for which the user thinks that the content must be removed.
Users remain solely responsible for the content they put in the files; Patryst has no control beforehand of the content.
In any event, Patryst reserves the right to request modification of the contents of a file to its author or suspend dissemination or simply delete all information from a file.
5. RIGHTS OF THE PATRYST FILES
In transmitting the content (texts, images or sounds), users grant Patryst a non-exclusive, worldwide and free use allowing Patryst to reproduce, publish, distribute and use such Content for the provision of services, promotion and distribution, and this, on any medium and using any type of communication. This right is granted for the period during which the user has a Patryst account and for 20 years after the closure of the account. The User guarantees that he has obtained the necessary rights to the exploitation of the information and acknowledges that he is solely responsible for the content. He ensures that the content is lawful and does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
6. PROHIBITION OF COMMERCIAL USE OF SERVICES PROVIDED
The non-professional users will refrain from any commercial or profit making or any part of the Services or access to services. Consequently, users agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, exchange or exploit for any commercial purpose or for any compensation, benefit or advantage, any part of the Service, use of the Service, or any right of access to the Service.
The professional user or local government undertakes not to use the service outside the terms of the special contract signed with Patryst.
7. CHANGE OF SERVICES AND THE CONDITIONS OF USE
The offer of services on the Patryst Site will evolve and Patryst will be launching new services, but also if necessary, Patryst can remove or change the characteristics of existing services, under the conditions hereinafter set forth. Patryst can also change these terms and conditions.
Patryst will notify users of any changes a month before they are executed.
The users who do not accept these changes may cancel their account as described below. In the absence of such termination, the changes will be binding on service users as soon as they come into force.
8. TERMINATION
Any user may cancel his account Patryst at any time upon request by mail to: contact@patryst.com.
In case of failure to comply to one of the obligations in the general conditions Patryst is entitled, without prior notice and with immediate effect, to cancel a Patryst account, which will result in automatic termination without any compensation for any Subscription Services relating to the Patryst Account.
9.THIRD PARTY CONTACT - HYPERLINKS
In the Services, the user can contact a third party via, for example, hyperlinks, can use partner services, contract directly with third parties, participate in promotional operations they organize or purchase goods or services they offer.
Patryst cannot be held responsible in these contractual relationships between users and third parties.
In particular, links are available on the Services or from the Services, established either by Patryst, by partners or by third parties, manually or automatically, which then direct on to other sites.
Patryst has no control or responsibility over third party websites or links redirecting to external documents. These Web sites, documents and content of all kinds are likely to be changed, updated or deleted at any time by the editor who takes responsibility for their accessibility to the public. Patryst does not control these links or the content of websites to which they relate and therefore cannot be held responsible for them.
10. RESPONSIBILITY
In case of an interruption of the service, Patryst will use all reasonable means to remedy it as soon as possible.
Despite the care taken by the Patryst team, when reviewing the records and given the variety of content sources, no guarantee can be given by Patryst about the Content from any point of view regarding truthfulness, accuracy and appropriateness for use. The responsibility of Patryst cannot be engaged for consequential damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data or information stored.
In any case, with respect to business users, the responsibility of Patryst is limited to the amounts paid by the user to Patryst over the last twelve months.
